The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Despite the language barrier, they were able to communicate with us and were extremely accommodating. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities nearby. We also enjoyed the delicious food that was served during our stay, which was a pleasant surprise.
The beds were very uncomfortable and not up to par with what we expected. The mattress was itchy and hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
